ALUMINISED FIRE PROXIMITY SUIT

Alugen® Aluminised Fire Proximity Suits are manufactured in compliance to meet stringent ISO 9001 standards.

The fabric used to produce Alugen® suits are from GENTEX's proprietary Dual Mirror® / Flexir® Aluminized Fabrics, Imported from USA, which reflects 95% of heat and ensures superior protection and performance in the extreme work environments faced by civilians, emergency service, homeland defense and military personnel.

Alugen® Aluminised Fire Proximity Suits offer an efficient solution to working in high-temperatures with superior durability.
The most critical part about the Aluminised Fire Proximity Suit is the intactness of Aluminium on the outer layer of the suit as it reflects 95% heat, thereby allowing the wearer to remain much longer in proximity to heat & fire.

The durability of Aluminisation on fabric can be confirmed by conducting a test named “Wet Flex” test.
The procedure goes as follows,

•	The fabric is dipped in 600C hot water for 15 mins and then 1000 machine abrasion cycles are conducted.
•	There should be no delamination, or peeling off on any part of the fabric.

All 'Alugen' Suits are made from fabrics which pass Wet Flex test. Most of the fabrics available in market do not pass this critical test. As a user one should be careful about this.

GENTEX's proprietary Dual Mirror® / Flexir® Aluminized Fabrics offers an exceptionally high level of abrasion resistance - the result of its unique, five-layer fabric structure. This proven system ensures that the suit remains highly reflective even after repeated use and proper care and cleaning.

	IngressTM Fire Entry Suit

	INGRESS™ Fire Entry Suits are manufactured in compliance to meet stringent ISO 9001 standards. Fire Entry Suit is a highly insulated suit designed for entry into extreme fires where contact temperatures can reach up to 20000F (10930F). It is fabricated out of special high temperature fabrics for maximum protection in total flame entry. Aluminised Fire Entry Suit is designed for maximum personal fire protection. They can be worn in preparation for possible fire eruption or for stand-by operations should a rescue or evasive action require passage through a fire zone. The suit is highly engineered to support the most extreme conditions with multiple layers of insulation and fully insulated hood, mitts, boots, and soles. It protects against high radiant heat as high as up to 3000°F (1650°C)

Material Composition

Outer Shell:

6.0oz NOMEX III A Fabric.

Moisture barrier:

Aramid / Kevlar non woven laminated with PTFE membrane for maximum breathability and hydrostatic head (waterproof) performance.
(EN 343 protection against foul weather)

Thermal barrier:

Constructed using non-woven ARAMIDE KEVLAR fibres laminated with Nomex/Viscose innermost ling fabric for maximum protection.

Reflective tape:

2"width yellow-silver-yellow reflective trims installed at arm and legs, front, back and bottom on the jacket and pants to enhance high visibility of workers.

CUT RESISTANCE CLOTHING

PRO-CUT™ Apparels are manufactured using the most advanced fabrics for workers working in high mechanical risk areas to protect without compromising on comfort and appearance.

PRO-CUT™ Apparels provides outstanding protection against hazards posed by sharp objects and revolving or reciprocating blades.

These fabrics are tested and achieve the following levels of protection when tested in accordance to
ANSI/ISEA 105-2011

•	Level 4 Cut Protection
•	Level 5 Puncture Resistance

FR CLOTHING AGAINST ELECTRIC ARC FLASH

PRO-ARC™ are engineered using the most advanced technology fabrics. Depending on the level of risk, single as well as multiple layers garments are offered.
