MICROSYS 3200 ET
Advanced automation system, which can be deployed as DCS, PLC, SCADA, Emergency Shutdown System, RTU, Multi-loop Controller. This is a cost effective automation system for applications as small as 16 I/Os to over 10,000 I/Os.

Electronic Supervisor
Electronic Supervisor is a productivity improvement tool for Batch Process plants. The Electronic Supervisor makes voice announcements of various steps involved in a Batch Process. The worker is expected to respond to the announcements by pressing ‘Acknowledge’ Push Button to confirm that he has heard the announcement and ‘Done’ Push Button to confirm that he has complied with the instruction announced over Public Address System. The Electronic Supervisor keeps track of when an instruction was announced, what time the worker acknowledged it and what time he completed the task. A detailed report of the batch is generated for the information to the management. Important process parameters are logged and included in the report. SMS alerts are sent to mobile phones of concerned persons regarding progress of the batch, process upsets.

CVMS
Cell Voltage Monitoring System (CVMS) is an important tool for Electrolytic Refining plants for Copper, Zinc, Nickel etc. These plants have several electrolytic cells connected in series. CVMS monitors voltage across individual cell and generates alarms in case of under or over voltage. Under voltage indicates short circuit whereas over voltage indicates bad connection or passivation. In addition, current and totalized ampere-hours are monitored, which indicates condition of the yield. Special tools are available to analyze the acquired data, wherein average cell voltage, deviations w.r.t. average and standard cell voltage and crop patterns are calculated.

ELECTRONIC SUPERVISOR
Signal Isolators are used for isolating sensitive equipment like PLC, DCS, Data Loggers / Scanners from harmful transients, ground-loop currents riding on signals coming from field. Similarly, they block high voltages and high currents going to field when fault occurs in control room equipment. This is particularly important for applications in hazardous area, where current and voltage levels of equipment in the field must be limited
