AAC Block Plant
 
AAC block turnkey projects , We are the pioneers in INDIA to manufacture and setup complete AAC block manufacturing plants. Our expertise in AAC block machines, AAC Cutting machine, Dosing system , Plant automation, Autoclaving and Boiler System are simply and advanced. In house equipment and plant designing helps us improvise each time ahead. We have setup up plants from 150000 cbm per annum to 9000 cbm per annum with consistant feasibilty.
 
BATCH MIX SECTION
 
For AAC blocks manufacturing, entire dosing and mixing operation is completely automated and requires minimum human intervention. This entire operation is monitored using control systems integrated with computer and automated feedback mechanism.As with any industrial operation, there is provision for human intervention and emergency actions integrated inside the control system. After completion batching cycle the mixture is fed into the moulds for precuring/hardening process.

Our Man machine interface allows the user to communicate with the machine efficiently and easy to understand SCADA screen make this complex batching process simple. The system has automated water , alluminium and temperature control system , with interlocked Discharge for absolutely zero wastage due to cyle.
 

CLC Plant
 

We have been manufacturing CLC block plants for almost a decade, with more than 100 plants running on our machines today. In this sector too we have ingeniously designed the revolutionary blade cutting machine and very first of its kind wire cutting machine of 1.1 cum capacity in India . We offer CLC plant from 10 cum per day to 120 cum per day.
 
Batching Section
 
CLC batch mix system , flyash and water slurry is is remotely prepared in a separate slurry tank , which is screened for impurities and and precisely weighed in the overhead weighing hopper.Similarly cement is weighed and discharged in the Ribbon Blender as per cycle requirement. The foam mixed Concrete is then Poured in the moulds.

Automatic Batch mix system assures you accurate foam dosing , maintiaining the accurate Water Cement and Foam Ratio. Our Foam Genrator precisely and consistantly delivers foam at constant density and strength.
 

Flyash Bricks Making Machine

Auto matic machine with Hydraulic force which compacts the Flyash , cement and aggregate mixture to achieve the required strength and mass quantities.The pan mixer with heavy rollers effectively delivers homogenously mixed flyash based concrete. Flyash upto 70% can be used with our system and equipment technology. We have supply and commision more than 100 plants all over India.
