A Membrane Keyboard has two screen printed polyester films with conductive ink to form the circuit layers of the keyboard. Between the two circuits, a die cut spacer at contact points is placed. To complete the circuit a touch of finger on the die cut holes allows to close the contact. Upon release, the circuit is broken. Input device user identifies specific keyboard contact through a Graphic Overlay. For interfacing with the customer’s electronics, the panel back is laminated with an adhesive for mounting on a backer or enclosure which can be terminated to a male/female clincher connector. |

These are vandal-proof keybord used in public utility appliances like kiosks at railway stations, airports, bus stands, passenger lifts. Made from stainless steel it is strong and sturdy with clear panels. Available in custom-made design with Ps2 interface, which can marked with laser technology for permanent usage. Metal surface is available in gloss (mirror) or matt finish, subject to various degree of moisture or high humidity are engineered and constructed accordingly. We provide stainless steel/plastic tracker ball or touch pad with in built keyboard with USB/Ps2 interface.
