Simplex Webbing Slings |

Simplex webbing slings, simplex flat webbing lifting slings are made from high tenacity polyester webbing; colour coded for ease of identification for lifting and is manufactured to EN 1492-1:2000. Simplex slings are manufactured from single thickness webbing, either terminated in a metal end fitting or more popularly, sewn back upon themselves with a high tenacity polyester fabric to form a reinforced eye, which provides greater durability than the traditional leather eye. The webbing is stitched close to the eyes which are 9" long bearing to bearing. Endless slings, however, are manufactured from single thickness webbing sewn in a continuous loop with an overlap. These slings are mainly used when needing a wide grip on large equipment, e.g. for lifting pipes. In order to protect the webbing from unnecessary wear and tear, various coverings are available, in any length, which can also protect both the sling and any fragile loads.

Round Endless Slings |

Endless Round Polyester Slings
Endless round slings, endless round polyester slings are made of high tensile polyester fiber yarns hank which is wound continuously together in the form of the endless sling. The yarn core is protected by a woven tubular sleeve which is made of polyester and has a better abrasive resistant. This upper cover protect load bearing yarns from abrasion and ultraviolet degradation. Round slings are easy to handle soft and light in weight yet have a high breaking strength. These slings are colour coded as per international standards and conforms B.S. 6688 (Part 2). All of our slings are supplied with test certificate for safe working load.
Anti-abrasive and Anti-cutting protection sleeves are also available

Cargo Nets |

Cargo nets, trunk cargo nets are used to load and unload cargo using a method of lifting that draws the corners of a net around its load to a gathered point located above the load providing secure and balanced lifting.
RUKMANI’S cargo handling nets, cargo nylon nets are manufactured from polyamide and polypropylene ropes as these ropes have better shock absorption properties and therefore provide solutions for safer cargo lifting.
A Cargo nets comprise of three parts
- Mesh Cord Or Mesh Rope : The cord or Rope from which the mesh of the net is constructed
- Border Rope Or Side Rope : The Cord or Rope which surround the net and determine the overall size of net i.e. Length and Breadth
- Tie Cord or Hands : These are the ropes attached to the border rope at all four corners, provided with loops by which the net is lifted.
