Engine Oil
A) Lawas Powereon -15W /40: is a very high performance diesel & petrol engine lubricant. It is a multigrade oil for use in turbo charged & naturally aspirated diesel engine & high powered petrol engine ideal choice for D.G.Sets of all EM's. The performance level meets API CF - 4, MIL - L - 2104E/46152 E of BIS 13656:1993 specifications.

B) Lawas Sugam MG - 20W /40/Sugam - 10/20/30/40/50: is a multigrade& mono grade motor - oil has super performance automotive engine oil. Specially formulated for use in petrol & diesel engine like passenger cars, trucks, buses & other light & heavy - duty vehicles. This product meets API CD/ SF, MIL - L - 2104 C & BIS 13656 performance requirements.

C) Lawas Humraaj -10/20/30/40/50/ Humuraaj MG - 20W /40: is a monograde& multigrade engine oils most suitable for use in turbo charged & naturally aspirated diesel engine & high powered petrol engine. This oil has exceptional thermal& oxidation stability. They have good built-in alkaline reserve to combat corrosive wear that may result r=frorn the use of high sulphur fuel. This oil meet API CD/SF MIL - L- 2104 C BIS 13656:1993.

Turbine Oil

A)Lawas Turbolube - 32/46/68: These turbine oils are formulated from excellent additives and highly refined selected base stocks. The base oils used are highly paraffinic. Their performance is further promoted by addition of anti-oxidants, rust -inhibitors and anti-foaming agents. These are recommended for lubrication of all types of turbines like steam, gas and hydraulic and can be used in hydraulic systems where long life performance is required.

Circulating & Hydraulic Oils

A) Lawas GP Lube -32/46/68/100/150/220/320/460: are made from selected high quality, high viscosity Index base stocks & suitable additives. The characteristics and wide range of available viscosities of Law as GP Lube make this product cost-effective general-purpose oil. It's recommended for circulating systems gear boxes, hydraulic system, etc.

B) Lawas Hydroline -
15/22/32/46/57/68/81/100/121/150/176/220/257/320/460: a repremium quality anti-wear type of hydraulic oils. The range contains anti-corrosion, anti- oxidation, anti-wear, anti-foam additives specially selected to maintain good air- release properties. This oil are recommended for use in general hydraulic equipment, enclosed gear boxes, vacuum pumps, circulating oiling system & system having vane pump where mild EP properties are required.

C) Lawas Hydroline HLP - 32/46/68/100: Premium hydraulic oils outstanding lubrication characteristic and anti-wear properties, excellentthermal and oxidation stability. These grades specially formulated with highly base oils & carefully selected additives to give outstanding performance. Recommended for hydraulic system having vane type pumps where HIGH LOADED PRESSURE properties are required.

D) Lawas Hydroline HVI - 32/46/68/100: is a special purpose hydraulic oil of anti- wear type having very high viscosity index and very low pour point incorporated with special VI improvers, anti-oxidant, anti-wear, anti-rust additives. It is recommended for low operating temperature conditions and it can be safely used for the excavators working under heavy loads is super premium quality hydraulic and lubricating oil having a very high viscosity index and low pour point. This oil is blended with high quality base stocks and fortified with special anti-wear additive, oxidation inhibitors and anti-rust additives. The product is suitable for modern hydraulic systems used in excavators where very low operating temperatures are encountered and application demands very high viscosity index oil. It is recommended for modern hydraulic systems used in excavators, where above conditions prevail. It can be safely used in earthmoving equipment.

Soluble Cutting Oils
A)Lawas - 400/600: These are soluble oils, form a stable milky white emulsion with water of normal hardness. It contains a rust inhibitor in an emulsified form and anti-oxidant to impart anti-corrosive properties and a biocide to prevent bacterial growth in the emulsion. This oil has superior cooling and lubricating properties, which imparts excellent surface finish and minimizes tool wear. Lawas - 400/600 is normally used in concentration of 3% and above. The oil should be added to the water for stable emulsion. They are recommended for all cutting and grinding Operations where soluble oils are applicable. Lawas - 400/600 meet BIS 1115-
1986 specifications. Lawas - 600 works upto 800ppm Water hardness.

Semi Synthetic Cutting Oils

A) Lawas Synth S -111: is a semi-synthetic, multi-purpose long life coolant. Itis free from nitrite and is an acceptable in a wide range of operations and water hardness. It can be used on ferrous and non-ferrous metals and is suitable for all general machine operations like grinding, drilling, turning boring, sawing, tapping, and thread cutting. The product offers exceptional stability. And corrosion protections down to quite low concentration.

B) Lawas Synth S 115: is a semi synthetic cutting &grindingfluid specially developed for all type of operations for all metals. It has higher emulsifier a ratio to oil for superb stability. Lawas Synth S 115 utilizes polar lubricants and vegetable oils for better lubricate, especially when machining aluminium.
