Reactor Vessel
It is a device for containing and controlling a
chemical reaction. The chemical process enables to
convert raw material into final product under given
pressure and temperature using suitable catalyst for
the process. The reactor vessel consists of reactor
body and has inlets for reaction zone and bed of
catalyst to accelerate the chemical process. There
are vertical baffle plates which are arranged in the
lower part of reactor vessels and are usually
parallel .The outlet is at the opposite end and the
gas inlet is also at the lower portion. The process
is carried by adding reactant to the reactor vessel
from top inlet and adding gaseous reactants from the
bottom inlet devices arranged in the lower part of
reactor and on completion removing the product
through another outlet at the bottom. The reactants
are passed through the channels and pass through
catalyst which is at the bottom. During the reaction
it becomes necessary in some cases to remove excess
heat in the process to enable keep process under
control.
LDO TANK
These LDO TANK is other accessory vessels are used
for storing of solvents, chemicals & any type of
liquids. These LDO TANKS are fully of customized
grade and specially used in pharmaceutical, chemical
& food processing industries. To reduce the
inconvenience and make them compliance with the
customers, we offer these tanks in full fabricated
form. The fabrication is done on the basic of their
shape, materials of content & capacity.
Pressure Sand Filter
Pressure sand filter is used for separating water
suspended solid. For better operation of filter,
suspended solid should be coagulated. The advantages
of pressure filter are high speed of filtration,
less space, low charge and prevent heat loss after
the warm or hot lime process.
Pressure sand filters can be vertical or horizontal,
have cylindrical steel shells and dished heads. The
flow in pressure filters is downward. Usually sand
or anthracite is the filter medium in a bed
consisting of either one or two grades of sand or
anthracite. A gravel bed supports the filter medium,
prevents fine sand or anthracite from passing into
the under drain system and distributes backwash
water.
Bag House
Bag houses (also called pulse jet bag house, pulsejet
dust collectors, etc...) are self contained, fully
automated where needed. We also supply and install
ducting, access platforms, ventilation and
instrumentation. Bag houses are engineered for dusts
of 3 microns and larger, in the following
applications:
Clarifier Fixed type full span structural bridge with platform
and handrails. We can Manufacture any size of
Clarifier according to requirement. Clariflocculator
When heavily silted waters are encountered,
clarifiers are used in place of the normal
coagulating and settling tanks.
