We provide complete information about the industries they have short listed from the database. Site visits are also arranged by us. Depending upon the final selection made by the client, we arrange meeting with the property owner to negotiate the price and terms.

The ASCC provides a proper interface between the warehouse owners who want to lease / sell their warehouses and the companies / firms who want to hire / buy the warehouses. Our experienced and qualified staff carries out inspection of these warehouses on predefined parameters and grades them under different categories as per their suitability for storage of different range of stores.

ASCC assist the entrepreneur / firms / companies not only in selection of the place but also assist them in obtaining various licenses and permission required for running the industry. We liaise with the concerned department on behalf of the client to obtain the requisite permissions, NOC’s and licenses.
