1. Electrical Control Panels / HT Panels

	a. Power Control Centres (upto 3200 Amp. Rating) We manufacture Power Control Centres and Distribution Boards of high quality performance and reliability. We design them as per customer's drawings &  requirement with separate compartments for Control, Relay & Metering and full width cabling chamber at back & ACBs in fixed or draw out execution. The Power Control Centres are used for L.T. Switchgears to Control & Distribute Power. Horizontal & Vertical bus bars supported on DMC / SMC insulators are fitted in totally enclosed  compartments to prevent dust and rusting. Electrolytic grade alluminium alloy bus bars are provided with heat shrinkable PVC colored sleeves. Large PCCs are built in convenient sections with lifting hooks on top.
b. Indoor I Outdoor Bus Ducts (upto 3200 Amp. Rating) We manufacture superior quality bus ducts. These bus ducts are used in various industries for connecting between Transformer and Main PCC Panel incomer feeder of Main L T Panel. The bus ducts are fitted with diverse components of highest quality standards that gives a long functioning life and ease of operation. c. Motor Control Centres (upto 2500 Amp. Rating) Motor Control Centres are used in remote control and protection of different motors used in various industries, power plants, process industries etc. The construction of MCC is modular, dust & vermin proof with vertical and horizontal bus bars, vertical wire ways & top or bottom cable entry. We manufacture customized and drawing specific MCCs as per customer's requirement.
	d. Mimic Control Panels (upto 1250 Amp. Rating) Custom made control desks, with acrylic mimic diagrams, completely equipped with annunciation equipment are designed and manufactured for all types of process control industries. The mimic diagrams are suitably fixed on the front sloping vertical portion of the desk and the actuating push buttons and pilot lamps are fitted on the horizontal sloping deck. Control Gear equipment like contactor, relays and terminal blocks etc. are mounted on rear and in the front of the control desk.
e. APFC Panels (upto 800 kVAR) We manufacture high performance Automatic Power Factor Correction Control Panel having capacity upto 800 kVAR and are used in various industrial applications. The contactors are used in the capacitor bank circuits appropriate to capacitor switching duty and can withstand large transient current peaks at high frequencies. For each capacitor step, there are three phase high rapture capacity fuses. There are various ranges of APFC Panels with 6 stage, 8 stage, 14 stage controllers. APFC Panels have build in surge suppression network for each switch to suppress the dangerous surges generated while operating power factor correction wherever applicable. f. Sub - distribution Boards (upto 800 Amp. Rating) We manufacture high quality Sub - distribution Boards which are used in Power Plants, industries, Commercial Complexes, Hotels & Restaurants. We design the Sub - Distributions Boards according to the parameters given by the customers. The distribution boards divides electrical mains feed into various circuits and provide a fuse or circuit breaker for each circuit. The distribution boards have main switch and one or more residual current device for over current protection.
	g. AMF Panels We manufacture Main Failure Panel or Automatic Main Failure Panel that are installed for automatic changeover from mains to stand-by generator at the time of power failure. AMF Panels are used where generators are installed between main AC and load. It Start and Stop the generator automatically and changeover the EB / Generator lines. Fabricated from premium quality raw material these panels are durable, corrosion resistant, dust and vermin proof. The AMF Panels are used in foundries, apartments, textile, sugar and chemical industries.

After delivery and installation of the products at the client's site, our technical team visits the installation site, if required, to assess the performance of the product.
