It Os one Of the lowest manufacture of dough moulding compound (DMC), Bulk Moulding Compound (BMC), Sheet Moulding Compound (SMC) and all types of moulded compounds for electrical switch gears industries automobile industries, control panel industries.

The plant set up is systematic & fully automated to good quality consistence.

The quality assurance (QA) :- We purchase our incoming row material from reputed companies / suppliers. They are having their own feeling laboratories and we get their test certificates with every supply and we have also testing laboratories for all incoming row materials.

Our materials product gets tested through our customers from various reputed laboratories, Like ERDA / CPRI and other laboratories from physical, mechanical & electrical testing.

4) We are manufacturing pole mounted boxes for municipal corporation , MIDC & private sector.

Our product is manufacturing from quality unsaturated polyester resins, Fiber glass chopped standard as per customers specific requirements like tailormade to suit each customers specifications complying with ISO / ASTM/ BS/ IS standards.

Also we are having our own some testing facilities for above tests.

To ensure quality of SMC, DMC, and moulding material. Our quality control being with testing the raw material for compliance before being accepted for production.

Each SMC DMC batch is manufactured in separate powder hawker, chemical mixing vessels and tanks.

All raw materials received are supplied by ISO certified companies/tested and approved before use.

Every batch grades undergoes for strict process test in laboratory and must confirm to our high quality standards and specifications before being approved for delivery.
