• Engineered Plastics Bearings |
EP SERIES, KA GLACETAL, MULTILUBE AND FLASH-CLICK
Our injection-moulded engineered plastics bearings provide excellent wear resistance and low friction in both dry and lubricated operating conditions over a wide range of applications. Consisting of nine different materials, the new EP Series of polymer materials is made of a variety of resins compounded with reinforcing fibers and solid lubricant. They exhibit excellent dimensional stability, low coefficients of friction, high compressive strength and creep resistance, low thermal expansion and good thermal conductivity.
We also manufacture acetal-based KA Glacetal thrust washers for light-duty applications, as well as our Multilube bearings available in various forms, which contain lubricants dispersed in the material.
FLASH-CLICKTM bearings are the industry´s first dual component double-flanged engineered plastics bearings which feature a special geometry for simple manual or automated installation without the need for a pilot or assembly tools.
