ASPL BUTYL STERATE
 
Application : Application ASPL BUTYL STERATE is used as raw materials of emulsifiers or oiling agent for foods, spin finishes and textiles, lubricants for plastics, paint and ink additives surfactants and base materials for perfumery. They are used as solvents or cosolvents, oil carrier in agricultural industry. These products have high affinity for surfaces. That is why they are used to coat various products like cloths, yarn etc.
    Butyl Sterate is used in Oil Lubricants. It is also used in Manufacturing of various PVC Resins as a lubricant for Plasticized vinyl resins. Use of Butyl Sterate improves Transparency,heat resistance of the resins.

APPLICATIONS
These products have their lipophilic nature derived from the lauryl alkyl chain and their hydrophilic character is dependent on the ethylene oxide chain. By increasing the degree of ethoxylation, the hydrophilic nature of the molecule is increased (higher HLB) modifying its solubility in water along with other properties such as foaming, emulsification, detergency and wettability. These surfactants function as emulsifiers, detergents, solubilizers, essence fixers and synthesis intermediates for sulfated surfactants.

They are excellent surface tension reducers, providing also high detergency and wettability. These products are generally unaffected by hard water ions and maintain their chemical and physical stability in alkaline and acid medium, and under varying temperature conditions. They are compatible with non-ionic, anionic, amphoteric, and cationic surfactants. They are also compatible
with a wide range of solvents.
 
Cosmetics and Personal Care
L. A Condensates act as emulsifiers, solubilizers, thickeners, foaming agents, detergents, dispersants and humectants. They can be used in cream cleansers, essence fixers, dyes, perms and bleaches for hair, lotions and deodorants and also as viscosity agents and co-surfactants in shampoos and bathing gels. L. A Condensates are excellent emulsifier for medicinal shampoos.
 
Textile
L. A Condensates products can be used as wetting agents, emulsifiers, dispersants, detergents and degreasers. They are commonly used in purging and bleaching processes, washing of post-dyed fabric, colorants, dyeing and treatment of natural, synthetic and cotton fibers. They are also used in formulas to aid rinsing, in stamping pastes and formulas with high concentrations of electrolytes.
