DOLPHIN has mastered technology of Scrubbing HCL Fumes generated in pickling plant.

We guarantee less than 5 ppm of HCL fumes in outgoing air after scrubber. If require we can reduce the HCL fumes upto 1 ppm.

Specially designed economical & efficient Acid Scrubbing System which solves the problem of Pollution due to fumes coming out from the air vent of the acid storage tanks. This System does not require Blower which reduces the CAPEX as well as OPEX.

Pipe & Fittings are available in FRP using Isophthalic, Vinylester, Bisphenol & other imported resin. Pipes & fittings can also be made of dual laminated plastics like PP-FRP, PVC-FRP, CPVC-FRP, PVDF-FRP, PFA-FRP etc.

Fittings like Bends, Tees, Reducers, Stub ends W/WO loose flanges are manufactured in as per requirement.

DOLPHIN supplies and undertakes erection of pipelines on a turnkey basis right from preparation of Isometric drawings, pipe layout, fabrication, erection & field joints at the site including fabrication of MS Saddle supports.
