USE OF FLAME ARRESTOR TO

Extinguish flames in pipelines, ducts and vents carrying flammable gases or vapors and prevent them from spreading to other parts of the system.
Prevent the propagation or spread of flames by absorbing and dissipating heat from the flames on one side of the arrestor. So preventing the temperature of the gas or vapour on the opposite side rising to ignition point.
Dandekar Industries presents a safety device that will arrest the flame, absorb the heat and reduce the flame temperature to below ignition point of gas or vapour.
Dandekar Industries has carried out continuous research to develop a unique dry-type flame arrestor using perforated disc, ceramic cartridge or sintered metal seals.


FIT THE FLAME ARRESTOR FOR YOUR APPLICATION

Flame arrestors are fitted on vent valves open vent pipes of storage tanks, suction or delivery pipe lines , acetylene generators, petroleum, oil, or liquefied petroleum storage or processing or piping system.
Fit the flame arrestors on the suction side of fuel line on the burners used industrial furnaces.
Fit the flame arrestors on chimneys on thermo Pac or boilers.
 
Sample coolers :-
The sampling of high-pressure fluids including boiler water and steam at elevated temperature is an essential part of the modern process industries. Continuous-on-line analysis is used in many industries to malfunction. This is supported by manual sampling for specific parameters at strategic point in the process. The system used vary in complexity from a single probe with cooler, pipe-work & valves for manual sampling, to be fully automatic multi-stream sample conditioning system consoles for centralized monitoring.
