With a reputation of product excellence and reliability, Tube Tech offers its customers a wide range of high quality, soft annealed, single/double layer, plain and plastic coated copper coils for diverse applications. These tubes are manufactured with an outside diameter tolerance of +0.0/-0.08mm (0.003"), annealed at approximately 600°C, giving a hardness range of 45/60 HV5. Our smooth bore copper tubes are characterized by their bright, clean and dry internal and external surfaces. Superior dimensional control offers a trouble free performance and cost saving. The tube ends are capped at both ends to maintain the standard of cleanliness.
Tube Tech manufactures high quality plastic coated copper coils, copper alloy coils designed for protection against aggressive environment and colour coded to aid identification.
Brass Tubes
Brass is an alloy of copper with main alloying element as Zinc. Strength, hardness, ductility, good corrosion resistance, machinability, formability and conductivity are the main characteristics of the brass tubes coupled with toughness retained above and below ambient temperature, good spark resistance and low magnetic permeability.

Fin Tubes
Tube Tech has excelled in providing high quality integral low copper fin tubes suitable for the situations which require extended surface but the space availability and type of heat exchanger dictate otherwise because of their enhanced surface fin tubes provide better heat transfer performance which allows our customers to either reduce the size of the heat exchanger or increase its performance. Fin tubes are available in tube diameters of 15.88 mm, 19.05 mm & 25.4 mm with wall thickness of 1.00 mm and above. The fin density ranges from 19 fins per inch to 26 fins per inch. The copper fin tube we manufacture are designed to meet the most efficient and durable thermal performance for the most challenging situations and long lasting service life. Depending upon the specific requirement tube ends as well as a portion on its middle may be left unfinned for fixing the tube on the tube plate as shown in figures 1 & 2.
Copper Fittings
We offer wide range of copper fittings which provide an economic and efficient method of changing directions in a wide spectrum of domestic and commercial applications ranging from air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, fluid distribution, air pressure lines and plumbing etc. Our fittings have no rough surfaces, present a neat appearance, heat more rapidly and provide better flexibility to the installer to install and join the copper tube at appropriate place. We manufacture copper fittings in a variety of standard sizes between 6.00mm and 42.00mm. The sizes are measured inside diameter (I.D).
