Prathamesh Industries are manufacturing co-rotating compounding machines for manufacturing master batches – colour as well filler. We manufacture production machines ranging from 20 mm screw to 90 mm screw . Along with these we manufacture lab extruders & also machines as per customer’s requirement.

The main parts of twin screw extruder are screw barrel & gear box.
SCREW : Our Screw design is of segmented style . This gives the advantage of different configuration in process that allow the best combination for every application. Screw is made from special nitride steel which gives long life without wear and abrasion . Screw sections are mounted on a shaft which has splines. Screw segment with different design for various purposes like mixing, conveying and kneading etc are provide. As screw consists of various segments , this reduces downtime of machine.
GEARBOX : Helical Twin Screw Gearbox is our speciality & is designed as well as manufactured in house. It provides required speed as well as tourqe needed for movement of screw. Gearbox is oil cooled and lubricated. The heat exchanger is also provided for cooling the gear oil.
BARREL : We use segmented Barrel . It is made from special steel & nitride and Hardened. The peculiar shape of barrel bore provide easy material flow and continuous material transfer so we can get higher output . Depending upon screw size & material to be processed , we provide water circulation system or air circulation - with every zone of barrel . Each barrel section has an housing & attached blower & heater.
PANEL : The working of machine is totally controlled by electric panel. We provide VFD drive to control speed of machine.
OTHER PARTS : We provide good quality electric motors , heater & blowers etc.
USAGE : Our machines are used for manufacturing of Colour Master Batch Compounding, Filler, Engineering Polymer Compounding, Fiber & Glass Compounding, Toner, Semi Product Extruding, Reactive Compounding, Degassing & Pet Recycling.
