History

CEE DEE Vacuum Equipment Pvt. Ltd. Incorporated in the year 1990 by a group of   engineers, highly experienced in design, manufacturing, research and development of different products based on the applications of ‘High Vacuum Technology’.

With above background the company has successfully developed, manufactured and supplied different types of equipments, based on latest technological aspects, such as plants for maintenance of power transformer in service, high vacuum insulating oil processing plants vacuum/pressure impregnating plants of large capacities, and other products keeping in view of the requirements of various industries, and power projects.

  • High Vacuum Insulation Oil Treatment Equipment 
    To obtain good performance from electric transformers, the insulating oil should be free from moisture, dissolved gases and particles. Even new oils require some treatment to limit these contents to suitable levels.
  • High Vacuum Mobile Insulating Oil Filteration Plant 
    The CEE DEE insulating oil treatment equipment has been designed specifically for the filteration, dehydration and degassing of the insulting oils used with transformers, electric cables, switch gears etc.

  • F6 Gas Handling and Purification Systems 
    We design, develop and manufacture the SF6 gas handling and purification system which can be useful while filling the SF6 gas during the manufacturing of SF6 gas circuit breaker or can be used to handle and purify the SF6 gas during the maintenance of SF6 gas circuit breakers at sight.
  • Transformer Evacuation System 
    This equipment is utilized for drying out of insulation and insulating materials
    contained in power transformers of various sizes. This is of adequate capacity to handle the moisture evacuation of transformers of different sizes as indicated 
    below. This is provided with suitable condensing system for condensing water
    vapour and moisture and arrangement for tapping evacuated water from time to time. The evacuated water shall in no case mix up with the lubricating Oil of the
    pump. Accessories like connecting hose, vacuum gauge suitable for the pump shall be provided. The electric motor of the system will be adequately rated.
    This is design for continuous running and fast pump down, rugged and rated for
    high production.
