M/s. S. M. Engineers is engaged in Sales and Servicing & calibration of high quality Material Testing Equipments ( Calibration Of Destructive Testing Machines and Non - Destructive Testing Machines). Metrology Instruments, Metallurgical Testing Equipments & other Laboratory Instruments for the Quality Control Laboratory to all Engineering Industries.

S. M. Engineers is having two divisions.

The Agency division represents reputed manufacturing Companies of various testing machines from all over India. This division offers its application knowledge on products and its services to customers in various industries, covering automobiles, auto ancillaries, machine tools and machinery manufactures, precision fabricators, defense establishments, educational institutions and research laboratories etc.

The Servicing & Calibration division looks after servicing repair maintenance & calibration of all testing equipments to required standards. This division makes every attempt to ensure no down time of any testing equipments in any laboratories.

THE PRODUCT COVERS A WIDE RANGE

Material Testing Equipments for destructive and non-destructive testing covering Hardness testers / Spring Testers, Universal Testing Machines, Tensile Testing Machines, Impact and Fatigue Testers, Dynamic Balancing Machines, Metallurgical & Stereo Microscopes, Sample preparation machines for Metallography, Optical Profile Projectors, Tool Presenters, Electric Furnaces, Ovens, Special testing machines like wear and friction monitors, scratch testers etc.

To make proper assessment of customer's requirements and make the most appropriate recommendations, all technical sales staff are periodically trained at manufacturers work. They are also exposed to competition in National Level Exhibitions, Pre-sales application demonstrations, technical seminars are conducted from time to time to convince customers about the utility of their investments.

Order execution is followed up closely by competent experienced staff. After Sales Service covering site preparation recommendations, installations, breakdown and preventive maintenance, training of customers on machine operation is carried out by service engineers trained at manufacturers work.

All activities of marketing, order execution and after sales services are streamlined and co-ordinated through computerized data handling. After sales service is provided by Servicing & Calibration division during warranty period. Annual Maintenance Contracts are maintained after warranty period to keep the equipments in good working & calibrated condition all the time.
