- Corecoat Aquatherm 150 - an unique product that can provide thermal insulation, waterproofing and aesthetics, all in one go at an unbelievably competitive price. A coating of 2mm thick can provide a surface temperature reduction of as high as 12-14C
- Corecoat Elastoseal - an elastomeric liquid applied acrylic waterproofing exterior wall-coating has outperformed similar products in its ability to resist water seepage, excellent elongation, crack-bridging & durability and lowest dirt pick-up qualities. As a measure of proof of these claims, the recent deluge that occured over Mumbai around 26th July 2005 (around 39 inches of rain in less than 24 hours), couldn't dampen the inside walls on which this coating was applied!!
- Coreseal CJF - an epoxy-modified polysulphide joint filler, it is unique in its ability to attain 200 kg/sq.cm and at the same time offering movement-of-accomodation, resistance to chemicals and its availability in a wide range of colours.
- Corecoat CWP - a crystalline waterproofing compound which needs only addition of water but has an exceptional ability to penetrate deep into the pores of concrete and provide a lasting waterproofing solution. Making it ideal for negative waterproofing such as basements, tunnels, etc.
- Coreplast AWA - an anti-washout admixture, capable of reducing wash-out of cement when concreting in underwater conditions.
