'ARUNVAK' Vacuum and Pressure Pumps are rotary vane type.

The above pump basically consists of a stator and an eccentric rotor. Vanes are fit- ted on the rotor slots and these come out during revolution and there by creates suction and compresion of suction medium viz air. Ball-bearing are used for balancing the rotor and thus creating smooth running. To prevent possible oil leakage through shaft, oil seal is utilized Lubrication is ensured from felt packed oil reservoir. We can also supply graphite vane to be fitted on the rotor. The unit is air cooled type, Belt drive with a single or three phase 1440 rpm. motor of suitable H.P. and is mounted on a sturdy base plate.

Water-ring vaccum pumps  
   
 
   
'ARUNVAK' Water-ring vaccum pumps are rotary pumps using water as sealing fluid. It basically consists of cylindrical casing with control dies on either sides. Inside this consists an eccentrically located impeller with curved blades. The liquid introduced is set into rotary motionby the impeller forming a water ring concentric with casing. Cells formed between the blades and 'the ring vary in volume from maximum to minimum with each revolution. The suction medium enters this space through the opening in control disc & are then compressed out through the exhaust pipe alongwith the sealing liquid.
 
INSTALLATION AS A COMPRESSOR :
Water-ring Compressors are equipped on the pressure side with a water separator in which the ring-water is separated from the compressed air. This is fit- ted with a float valve which allows the water to escape. It is possible to re-circulate this water with a closed system, similar to that for a vaccum pump, The non-return valve for a Wa- ter-ring Compressor is to be fitted to the pressure piping. The working pre sure is limited by fitting a safety.

'ARUNVAK' High Vaccum Pumps of oil immersed rotary vane type are available in a wide range of size in single stage and double stage constrution.
'ARUNV AK' Pumps consist of a main casing with a rotor fitted eccenterically in it. The vanes are fitted in the slots in the Rotor on opposite sides with springs in between During rotation, the vanes move in and out of the slots and sweeps the air space two times in a revolution.
