GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PANELS

The Control Panels are free standing, floor mounting / wall mounting front operated, single front / double front dust and vermin proof, compartmental type. Each spacious compartment houses and individual feeder and the two compartments are separated by M.S. partitions to avoid any adverse effect in one compartment due to a fault in the neighboring compartment. The components are mounted on 14 gauge CRCA sheet steel base plate in a spacious manner and the component layout is such as to facilitate easy maintenance access being from the front and the back side.

The control panels have separate cable alleys for incoming and outgoing cables with removable cable gland plates of 14 gauge CRCA sheet for strength and elegance. The doors are made in 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet steel with specially designed hinges.

Review
Review is carried out as per the plan in order to determine that the design meets the requirements and to identify any
perceived problems and propose actions for their rectification. Records are maintained.

Verification
Verification is done in order to ensure design / developments have met the input requirements. Records are maintained.

Control of Monitoring and Measuring Devices
We use calibrated equipments. They are
Calibrated / verified at specified intervals or prior to use against any relevant standards.
Adjusted as necessary
Identified to establish when it will require recalibration to prevent inadvertent use of
    inaccurate equipment
Stored and used in such a way as to prevent misalignment of the equipment

As in the design and product realization processes, if equipment is found to be faulty, we keep enough records to recheck previously checked goods.
Or be able to re-assess previous results and take actions both corrective and preventive. Records of results of calibration are maintained.
