Power Modules PM240-2 :-

PM240-2 Power Modules have a braking chopper (four-quadrant applications) and are suitable for a large number of applications in general machinery construction.

Power Modules PM250 :-

PM250 Power Modules are suitable for the same applications as the PM240 Power Modules. Any braking energy is directly fed back into the line supply (four quadrant applications - a braking chopper is not required).

DC Drives

DC Drives

With DC drives from Siemens you can significantly reduce drive technology costs. SINAMICS and SIMOREG converter families deliver top performance and integrated intelligence for maximum availability. Perfectly aligned to our DC motors, our DC drives offer maximum availability and user friendliness.

SINAMICS DCP is a highly innovative bidirectional DC-DC converter and completes our offering for grid applications. It suits perfectly for industrial as well as for multi-generator applications.

THYRIPOL excitation system is suitable from low to high power classes, mainly in hydroelectric, gas and steam power plants and set itself apart with the high level of reliability and efficiency.

HMI (Human Machine Interface)

HMI (Human Machine Interface)

Visualization allows for considerably increased process quality with compact plants or smaller applications. Featuring all important HMI basic functions, SIMATIC HMI Basic Panels 2nd Generation thus open up completely new possibilities in terms of operation and monitoring also in the field of mechanical engineering at a particularly attractive price.

Like all other devices in our product range, Basic Panels 2nd Generation offer proven SIMATIC quality and, regardless of display size, numerous software functions as standard – for example, alarm logging, recipe management, trend functions and language switching.

SIMATIC HMI Basic Panels 2nd Generation can be configured via SIMATIC WinCC (TIA Portal) in the cost-efficient Basic Edition which already offers the outstanding usability and  unprecedented engineering efficiency of the Engineering Framework. The user can easily create visualization applications within short time.

As the software is scalable, he can start with a small solution and further expand it any time as required – for example by increasing the number of tags or change to panels of another performance range.

Sitop - Siemens Make Power Supplies

The power supplies are characterized by their low power loss over the entire load range. Power loss is extremely low even during no-load operation, which is why they are ideal, for example, for the efficient supply of machinery and equipment that are often in stand-by mode.
The SITOP PSU100C switched-mode power supplies have a wide-range input for AC and DC networks, with plug-in terminals allowing a simple electrical connection. The wide range of temperatures together with comprehensive certifications offer universal application options combined with the proven SITOP reliability.

To further increase the availability, the SITOP compact power supply units can be combined with DC UPS and redundancy modules.

SMPS (Switching Mode Power Supply)

A switched-mode power supply (switching-mode power supply, switch-mode power supply, switched power supply, SMPS, or switcher) is an electronic power supply that incorporates a switching regulator to convert electrical power efficiently. Like other power supplies, an SMPS transfers power from a source, like mains power, to a load, such as a personal computer, while converting voltage and current characteristics. Unlike a linear power supply, the pass transistor of a switching-mode supply continually switches between low-dissipation, full-on and full-off states, and spends very little time in the high dissipation transitions, which minimizes wasted energy. Ideally, a switched-mode power supply dissipates no power. Voltage regulation is achieved by varying the ratio of on-to-off time. In contrast, a linear power supply regulates the output voltage by continually dissipating power in the pass transistor. This higher power conversion efficiency is an important advantage of a switched-mode power supply. Switched-mode power supplies may also be substantially smaller and lighter than a linear supply due to the smaller transformer size and weight.

Servo Motors

Servo Motors

SIMOTICS S-1FK7 motors are permanent magnet excited synchronous motors which are available in the versions Compact, High Dynamic and High Inertia. The self-cooled motors are characterized by superior overload capability, ruggedness and compactness. The connection via rotatable connectors and preassembled cables ensures a flexible, fast and safe connection to the converter.
The SIMOTICS S-1FT7 servomotors are permanent magnet synchronous motors with highly compact dimensions. They meet the most stringent demands on precision, dynamics and speed setting range as well as on high degrees of protection and ruggedness. The motors are fitted with the latest encoder technology and are optimized for operation with our fully digital drive and control systems.
Natural, external or water-cooling are cooling types that can be selected. In the case of natural cooling, the developing thermal loss is drawn off via the surface area whereas an attached fan forces thermal loss away with external cooling. Maximum cooling - and, therefore, maximum performance - can be achieved with water-cooling.

Servo Drives

Servo Drives
The servo drive system comprises the basic SINAMICS V90 servo converter and SIMOTICS S-1FL6 servomotor. The system features eight converter frame sizes and seven motor shaft heights to cover a performance range from 0.05 kW to 7.0 kW for operation in single-phase and three-phase networks. Can be simply integrated via PTI, PROFINET, USS, Modbus RTU. The SINAMICS V90 servo drive system enables a wide range of simple Motion Control tasks to be implemented cost-efficiently and conveniently with the focus being on dynamic motion and processing.

Control Panel

PLC PANEL

Programmable logic controller (PLC) control panels or also known as PLC Automation Panel are one of the most important and efficient kinds of control panels. Which are generally used in variety of electronic and electrical circuit fittings. PLC Control Panels we manufacture are highly capable of giving higher output at less power consumption. Integrated with solid PLC logic and flawless PLC hardware programming.
Control panel consist of a controller. Controller may be PLC, DCS, relay or some other type. It gives digital signal input signal to the MCC panel to start the motor. Control panel works based on the PLC /DCS program or the relay logic. Instruments are normally connected to control panel. Indications for the interlocks also will be there in control panel. Nowadays single panel is used of using separate control and MCC panel.
Ease in modification of logic, reduced size, means of remote communications and advances in the technology have made PLC Automation Control Panels an edge over conventional relay based systems. Control Systems Engineers has provided PLC based Panels from PLC of Allen Bradley, Siemens, Modicon, GE Fanuc. From small I/O application to the complex I/O systems are provided by the Control Systems Engineers. Control Systems Engineers have developed communication software's for remote communication of the PLC Panels in various different protocols. With PLC based Panels HMI/MMI are provided to provide the operator various messages and controls of the process plants touch screen MMI are provided. To effective control of the system.
