Because we are not involved in the transactions between you and other users, you hereby release maharashtradirectory.com and our agents, employees, and affiliates from all refunds or warranties, claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with listings, completed or uncompleted transactions, or items offered or actually sold.
You warrant that you will abide by all additional procedures and guidelines, as modified from time to time, in connection with your use of the Services. You further warrant that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. By listing an item for sale, you warrant that you have the legal right to sell that item, and as a seller you agree to accurately describe the items you are selling.
Prohibited Items & Activities

Cancel Any Listing
Maharashtradirectory.com reserves the right to cancel any listing at any time, with or without cause.
Restrict Access
We reserve the right to prohibit or restrict access to the Services to anyone at any time, with or without cause.
Remove Bogus Profiles
We reserve the right to remove profiles of people who register with false addresses, telephone, or fax information.
Remove Fraudulent Web Mail
We reserve the right to remove the web mail of people who use it for fraudulent activities.
Terminate Accounts
If false information is found in your registration at any point, we reserve the right to terminate your account.
User Conduct & Obligations

You agree not to put any material into our systems that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, or expropriate any system, data or personal information.

If at any point maharashtradirectory.com finds that information provided by you in your registration or web mail is false, maharashtradirectory.com reserves the right to terminate your account without notice.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The laws of the State of Maharashtra, India govern these terms and conditions, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction
Both parties submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Thane, Maharashtra, India.
Limitation Period: Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of maharashtradirectory.com Services or these terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arises, or be forever barred.
Agreement Confirmation
