Description: Dear Sir We require 20 lengths of 5.5metres each of ERW Rectangular Tube of size 150x100x9mm for an export oriented project. Thickness can be from 8.5mm to 9.00mm. The quality requirements are given below: 1. Tube Surface - Aesthetic Finish Very important since part being powder coated, Corner Radius customer spec R17 Maximum 2. Pit mark, Tool mark not allowed 3. Tube waviness, Paint apply, Pipe Logo not allowed. 4. Square out Maximum 0.8 mm allowed 5. Flatness maximum 0.8 mm allowed 6. Tube Straightness Maximum 1.5 mm allowed on overall length 5.5 mtr
