Description: M2A1 and M19A1 Ammo Box Specification The specification of OMPC Ammunition Boxes shall comply with the following criteria The dimension of steel box shall be shared via email (please share your email id). Surface finish: Smooth and free of burrs, rough spots, sharp projections, cracks, splits, buckles or sintered surfaces. Color of coating shall be NATO green, color code: RAL6031 The boxes shall be free of corrosion, chips, dirt, grease and other foreign matter. Air tightness: Waterproof when the box is closed. Corrosion resistance coating. Welding: Welding of box assembly shall be smooth. Gasket condition: The gasket shall not stick to top edges of the box, be cut or split, not shift within the gasket retainer when the cover is opened. Balance & leveling: The boxes shall stay stable when placed on top of each other. Provision of Acceptance/Test certificate upon shipment of ammunition box.
