Introduction
Lympro’s Alprothane is an Energy Saver Polyurethane Rigid Foam System. Alprothane on mixing with Hardener at ambient temperature expands to form a light density, hard, rigid and closed cell foam. Alprothane is available in wide range of density (30- 110 Kg./M3). The foam prepared from Alprothane not only has the best thermal properties but, it is the most versatile and fulfills the required performance. It is highly effective in maintaining the thermal integrity of cold storage utility and maintains the temperature of the system

Introduction
Alprothane is a liquid isocyanate terminated pre-polymer based polyol. Polymers made from Alprothane polyurethanes by reacting with MOCA and specially formulated Alprocure Hardeners offers the elasticity of rubber combined with toughness and durability of metal. Alprocast prepolymers are available in a broad hardness range (eraser soft to bowling ball hard) i.e Shore A 15 to 95. It allows to replace rubber, plastic and metal with the ultimate in abrasion resistance and outstanding resilience. Alprothane can be custom formulated to meet the specific needs. This diverse selection of urethanes offers a line of hand mixable and hand pourable products that range in hardness from very flexible to very rigid. These materials are used to make flexible molds, prototype parts, fixtures, and foundry patterns.

Alprocure 1040 |
Introduction
Alprocure 1040 is a modified cycloaliphatic amine adduct for use as an epoxy hardener in solvent free epoxy systems. Alprocure 1040 has a light color and low viscosity which imparts a very useful initial viscosity to the epoxy resin, hardener and filler mixture; which considerably simplifies handling of the material and also helps in attaining good surface properties. Alprocure 1060 finds applications as an epoxy hardener in various fields like Self Leveled Flooring, Floor Coatings, and Castings etc.
Features
- Low viscosity reduces use of expensive and hazardous reactive diluents
- Sufficient pot life to lay a defect free flooring and rapid setting time ( a walk through time of less than 24 hrs is possible at ambient temperature of 25OC)

Introduction
Lympro’s AlproCast 1000 is a two component Polyurethane Casting/ Potting Compound, generally used for jointing power cables. AlproCast 1000 on mixing with Hardener at ambient temperature results in a hard, flexible cured mass with a low exothermic rise in temperature.
