| Ribbon Blenders |
The Ribbon Blenders are ideally suited for dry mixing of free flowing powders and blending of large volumes of dry solids. The blades are designed to move the materials (to be mixed) to & fro vigrously. The outer ribbons carries the materials from sides towards the centre of the mixer & inner ribbon move the materials from the centre to the sides. This ribbon blender is suitable for dry & wet mixing of materials. The discharge is at the centre of the mixer. The gap between the ribbon & trough of the mixer is kept minimum. |

Planetary Mixers |
The Single Planetary Mixers include a bowl with a blade that has a planetary motion such that it visits all parts of the vessel. The Planetary Mixer is used for mixing of dry / wet materials. The mixer is ideal for processing light pastes to heavy viscous products. Designed for intensive mixing, dispersing, kneading and deaerating products such as adhesives, sealants, light caulks, pastes, coatings, granulations and similar products of medium to high viscosity Rotation of beater around its own axis, axis of bowl closer to the walls leads to homogeneous product mix |

Basket Centrifuges |
Basket Centrifuges ("FEB" Centrifuge Machines) are well designed and robust in construction. These basket centrifuges are dynamically balanced for long trouble free operations. The basket is fabricated from stainless steel of various quality such as SA-240-Gr. 304/SA-240 GR 316/I.S 2062 as per requirement of customers/process. Outer shell is fabricated from SS or MS depending upon the requirement of customer and is suspended on C.I. Pendulum with suspension pins and springs. Ferodo lined brake is fitted above V-Belt pulleys and is operated by hand lever.
