“ENTEC” was started in year 2008 by experienced technocrats with rich experiences in the field of “ Pneumatic Conveying Systems” and “Storage Silos”. The partners have about 20 years of experience in above field in international,arena. Initially Entec started with a humble strength of about 7 personal. “ENTEC” designs and engineers all their systems and components in house. Over the years Entec has developed manufacturing facilities of their own at Thane works.

Earlier, most of the components were outsourced but presently about 90% of the components are manufacturer inhouse, whereby the delivery periods are greatly reduced. In the field of silos ‘Entec’ can manufacture silos in the capacity ranging from 5 M3 to 500 M3 in carbon steel as well as stainless steel. Recently ‘Entec’ has started manufacturing silos in aluminium alloy ( Al Mg 3). This was possible largely because of expertise the partners had in aluminium welding. Entec has a strength of about 10 aluminium welders, few of them were trained by the partners in Germany.

Entec has also committed large recourses for R&D. Amongst rare facilities, Entec is having a test loop with a capacity to evaluate the parameters of the unknown materials with a transport rate of up to 3T/hours.

Since inception Entec has designed, manufactured and successfully commissioned above 15 Pneumatic Convenience Systems in various capacities ranging from IT/hr. to 10 T/hr.
