Many OEM's require their products to be blasted and painted in house before shipment and to cater to this requirement, we do HIGH QUALITY blasting and painting according to the specifications of customer in our STATE OF THE ART Blasting & Painting shop. We can do Copper slag, Garnet or Grit blasting as per the application and MOC demands. We have enclosed blasting booth with Grit recovery system. We have enclosed painting booth with adequate illumination & exhausts. We have adequate infrastructure like Compressors, hopper, airless painting guns and top of the line monitoring instruments to comply the highest quality norms. We also offer quality compliance through NACE certified inspectors if the project demands.

W Abrasives - Profilium has min. 64 HRC hardness, hence multiple usage is possible, if gives strong paint adhesion, it lowers the dust load inside blasting chamber, thereby improving vision for blaster & blasting quality. Profilium gives lesser bandwidth of Rz values, resulting in lesser paint consumption & improved paint quality. We have also experienced that due to usage of Profilium, the compressor runs for lesser hours resulting into lesser operating cost.
