The First Unit of Operation in ETP is Screening of Effluent the device is having uniform size opening For removing bigger suspended particles or Floating Matters from the effluent such as rags, Papers, Plastics Metals etc. these objects if not removed may damage pumping and sludge removal mechanism.
We Design Manufacture & supply different types of Screen depending up on the effluent flow rate and nature of effluent. The Screen are made from MS flat Iron Bar with pore sizes varies from 20 – 50 plus mm. The Screen are designed and fixed to handle high velocity flow of effluent in peak hours and provision for cleaning without disturbing flow rate is given.
Oil & Grease Trap :
It is necessary to remove Oil form the incoming effluent to have optimum performance in down stream treatment unit.
The Oil Traps designed by us are able to remove floating matter like Oil, Grase, Soap, Pieces of Cork, vegetable debries etc.
Oil Skimmers :
Our belt type oil skimmers are designed to arrest spilled / drained / washed oil from the effluent, the recovered oil can be reused in the original or other secondary application like slopping to furnace oil tanks , Conveyor Chains , Sprockets , whether proofing of important spares etc.
Primary Settling Tank / Clariflocculator :
The PST/Clariflocculator are designed to remove 50-70 % of total Suspended Solids & 30-40 % its associated suspended BOD.
We design and supply specially designed clarifier mechanism which is able to remove fat scum & Suspended Solids with over load protection. I case of jamming the Scrapper Arm can be lifted to avoid damage.
The mechanism comprises Walkway , Hand Rail , Motor , Scrapper Mechanism , Rubber Parts, Drive arrangement consist of gear box , motor & Chain sprocket etc.
We supply both Central Driven clarifier mechanism as well as peripheral Driven mechanism with size ranging from 1 meters Diameter to 40 Meter Diameter
Lamella Plate Clarifier :
We are supplying Plate type lamella Clarifier meant for separation of suspended solids , we are using high grade PVC media the shape and configuration of the media is designed to create laminar flow for rapid settling of solids.
Surface Aerator:
( Fixed / Floating )Surface aerator are meant to supply required oxygen to the metabolizing microorganism and to provide mixing so that the micro organism come in to intimate contact with the dissolved and colloidal organic matter.
The Aerators designed by us having highest oxygen transfer rate for better results with low power consumption. The low RPM design there is less wear & tear of moving parts & also help in maintaining required MLSS.
Membrane Diffusers:
Aeration in the Aeration tank can be done with less power consumption by fixing Diffusers. These fine bubble diffusers
