Code. For reference in ths BIS book of IS 3043 -
1987 Code of practice, page no. 21 sl. no. 9.2.3.it
is stated that strip electrodes are better compared
to pipe & even plate earthing, which we also good in
high resistivity soil connections.
Construction
and Functionality
The secondary earthing electrodes is filled with
highly conductive and non-corrosive compound, and
innovation of ours which safeguards the primary
electrode, over a long period of time from getting
corroded, Even if the outer shell corrodes the inner
electrodes functions in a normal way protected by
the special compound.
The bottom is sealed with the help of hot dipped
galvanized G.I., Solid steel or copper plate and the
top is sealed witha cap, with ectende electrode, The
entire is sealed so that the corrosion does not seep
through.

Our electrode and Mineral Filling Compound is
innovative and development to protect human life and
equipments. It is maintenance free and longer life.
The Benefits of MFC.
The basic purpose of the mineral filling compound is
to reduce soil resistance and create a low
resistance zone surrounding the electrode to provide
a uniform environment so that electrode is constant.
This mineral filling compound has no organic acid
and anaerobic bacteria, which consequently reduces
the rate and increase the resistance.
Wherever the Mineral Filling Compound will maintain
good contact between soil and electrode this also
helps reducing the surge impedance. This impact of
using Minerals filling Compound around the Electrode
is significant, since that is wherever the majority
of connection to the earth takes place. Moisture
content is one of the controlling factors in earth
resistance because electrical conduction in soil is
essentiallyelectrolytic, the minerals filling
Compound is prepared using naturally easily with the
local soil enabling it to maintain the soil and

enhancement complex chemical compound to
substantially lower earth resistance any
metal electrodes and groundig grid
systems, for reactivation of soil in new
earthing network designing.
Vx-EHT (RED) provides with a simple,
economical method to substantially lower
the earth contact resistance of vertical
earthing electrodes and horizontal
grounding systems. When used as
specified by us Vx-EHT (RED) will lower
the contact resistance to earth by 60 to
70%
Vx-EHT (RED) is an easily applied
product which produces lower strady-state
and stable grounding impedance.
Vx-EHT (RED) produces a lower surge
impedance which results in faster
transient dissipation. Manufactured from
