Introduction
We wish to introduce our company A.V.P. Enterprises. It was established in 1983 & has since then developed a list of reputed clients which includes leading O.E.M.S in heavy engineering. The Company has an integrated casting & machinery facility with quality checks at every stage.
Run by technocrats, the company has to its credit various pioneering developments for import substitutes and export markets. We are a producer of non Ferrous Castings & Graphite Impregnated Wear plates & bushes of various sizes of bronze & cast Iron, Based At BHOSARI in pune, Maharashtra ( India ).
 
INSPECTION AND QUALITY CONTROL :
 
All jobs are tested as per customer requirements. We have the following in-house inspection facilities:
 
• Micrometers From 0-25 Mm To 800 Mm.
• Verniers Upto 1000 Mm.
• Hardness Testing Facility.
• Die Penetrant Testing.
 
In addition to this we can arrange to perform ultrasonic and radiographic inspection from certified inspectors as per requirement. We assure you that we will maintain quality at all times.

1.  MATERIAL CAST
 
We can cast copper alloys of various specifications as per IS ,BS, SAE, DIN & ASTM standards
The broad categories of materials that we can cast is as follows :

2. CASTING PROCESSES
 
   

We make casting sand casting and centrifugal casting process. sand casting are made by green sand mouliding process with hand moulding & is typically used when the quantity of jobs to be produced are low, and also where shapes are complex& non uniform. centrifugal casting involves forming of the casting under the influence of centrifugal force . typically this force is so high, that centrifugal casting has been described as
  " liquid forging ". components made by this process have better mechanical properties & no porosity related problems.
