sintered structural parts, sintered filter used in automobile industry and household equipment's.
ARG has entered into commercial production of sintered (PM) Components and is a quality producer of powder metallurgy components.

WHAT ARE SINTERING PRODUCTS?
Sintered products are produced by compacting metal powder into required shapes and size and sunsequently subjecting them
to a hardening process called sintering to form a firm metal structure with fine pores to retain lubricating oil.
COST SAVING : with appropriate application and design, metal sintering can effect saving of more than 60% over more conventional method of manufacturing.
SELF LUBRICATION : the porosity in the compoent can be impregnated with a variety of oils and other lubricants, adding to the efficient life of the part.
NO CUTTING WASTE: No waste of materials, Sintered product are produced ready for use, ready for fitting eliminates costly machine operation this factor can yield impressive economies over method of production.
HIGH RESISTANCE TO WEAR : Sintered parts have a high resistance to wear a resistance much higher than their nominal hardness figure indicates properties like hardness which can be enhanced by additional process as induction hardening, nitrating steam treatment etc.
ECONOMY OF CUSTOMER'S MACHINE CAPACITY : with quality production of parts in close tolerance subsequent machine operation can be entirely eliminated releasing

QUALITY CONTROL
Our qualty control Assurance department ensures that all operators are fully trained in the use of the latest inspection instruments and techniques. Each operator quality checks their own output prior to passing product for the next stage of production.
All parts are subject to a final quality control inspection to ensure that our customers total requirement have been met
