CABLE TRAYS
Supply, Erection and installation of following size GI cable trays
(50mmx2.5mm Perforated type), jointing plates, bolts, nuts,
washers, etc, as per typical drawings enclosed. The scope shall
include supply of factory made elbows, bends, tees, jointing plates,
bolts, nuts, washers, etc as required. The galvanization of the trays
shall not be less than 70 microns. The erection scope shall include
transportation, handling at site, storage, inspection, safe custody,
fixing to structural supports, jointing wherever required, etc. The GI
trays are to be laid over MS racks / supports. The scope shall also
include making bolt holes, supply of bolts, nuts, clamps, washers
etc., The bolts, nut and washers shall be of GI. Charges for straight
runs shall also be applicable for bends, tees etc but no separate
charges will be applicable.
The scope shall include earthing of cable trays at every 50 mt.
